Romuald Musset, a Dorévéliste contemporary painter, continues to explore a singular marine world shaped by material, light and symbolism.

Based in Cassis, where he lives and creates, the artist has developed an immediately recognisable visual language: monumental, highly colourful gorgonian corals in relief unfold across the canvas, becoming the meeting point between painting, sculpture and light.

Throughout his exhibitions, Romuald Musset presents his works in exceptional galleries and venues, in emblematic Mediterranean cities and beyond: Cassis, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Montpellier, as well as Paris and other prestigious artistic destinations.

Each exhibition marks a new stage in the development of this artistic universe, where colour meets gilding, relief gives rise to movement, and marine symbols become true contemporary icons.
